However, it must be mentioned here that all fees paid to NAMITHA THEATER for ‘Subscribe and Watch’ services are non-refundable.

This non- refundable Policy applies to NAMITHA THEATER Site/ App platforms including without limitation www.namitatheater.com and other related Site/s or App/s, mobile applications and other online features each a “Site/s or App/s”.

In the event that technical glitches arise at the time of online transactions and the transaction does not transpire, the amount in process of transfer goes back into your bank account by default, through a Payment Gateway. In the event that a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank is received by us, service and/or subscription to NAMITHA THEATRE will be regarded incomplete.

All Applicable chargeback fees will be subject to recovery of fees that has been passed on to us by the credit company and in addition all outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before the service is re-established.

Chargeback or open disputes for a valid charge from us is fraud and will be rendered an inappropriate means to obtain a refund.
